There may be mention of certain ideas or concepts with which you may not be as familiar or you may need additional references for to gain a more comprehensive understanding. Below is a briefing on Chakras to help you better understand the information in Book 2-5.

Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition: even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the Lotus produces the most beautiful flower.”
“The lotus flower is one of the most ancient and deepest symbols of our planet. The lotus flower grows in muddy water and rises above the surface to bloom with remarkable beauty. At night the flower closes and sinks underwater, at dawn it rises and opens again. Untouched by the impurity, lotus symbolizes the purity of heart and mind.”
The Lotus flower symbolizes the triumph over obstacles. We will use the Lotus Bloom Tracking system to track your progress. Each week as you complete assignments and journey through your process, we will fill in one leaf. There are 26 leaves to fill in and 26 weeks in your plan. Note that some of the leaves are already filled in. This represents the fact that you are already beautiful and you are enough, You are not starting from a deficit, but rather from a firm and healthy start to a beautiful journey. You are in bloom!
