Importan reminders…

Each day do something for the mind, the body, the spirit. Take your time. Have grace with yourself. It’s process. Celebrate the moments when you push through and get done what you set the intention for. Set those intentions! Set aside time for your work. It is this inner work that is vital to living your very best life! Use your affirmations to reset. Use deep breathing to bring back balance and focus.

Meditation- Choose a meditation from the 10 E.P.I.C. Meditations and listen to its intro first, complete the guided meditation, then journal using the supporting journal prompt from the workbook.

Affirmations- Choose 1-3 affirmations for the 100 EPIC Affirmations to speak each morning and before bed following your Golden Milk Ritual (Refer to Tools Folder)

Journaling- Use prompts from the 10 E.P.I.C. Meditations workbook for journal unless there is a more specific prompt specified

Mind Mapping- Start becoming aware of every negative moment or when you are triggered by something and it takes you to a negative space. Intentionally write down the specific thoughts and language you use to describe the situation, yourself and how you are feeling. ex. You misplace your keys and you really need to leave right away…and you scold yourself “Ugh! I am always losing stuff!” Write that down and any other thoughts that come to play. You may not be able to write it down in the morning, but after each moment deescalates, reflect and record.

Yoga pose- Lotus Pose (Refer to Exercise Folder for description of pose)

Exercise/Time outside- It is important to get fresh air and sunlight. It does wonders for your mental clarity. It eases stress and anxiety.

Detox- at least 4 days out of your week, wake up and drink a delicious green smoothie. (Refer to Tools Folder for recipe)

Golden Milk Ritual- Drink nightly at least 3-4 nights. Relax and decompress. Speak affirmations after drinking before bed. (Refer to Tools Folder for recipe)

Custom Prayer- There’s power in speaking God’s word back to Him in prayer. Your customized prayer is full of scriptures that pertain to your session information and disclosed truths. (Refer to Tools Folder)

Notate the most memorable moments in your life starting at the age of your earliest big moments, best and worst. Make a dot at the level that it impacted you. Above the x axis if it was a great moment, below the x axis if it was low or negative memory. Then connect the dots to show the peaks and valleys. You will be able to see the ages/times when you were at your best or lowest. (See Tools Folder)
