But this is HERstory...

Zhaniya started running track for the first time this past spring. Her dad, a track star in his own right, had been eagerly waiting for her to reach the eligible age to sign up. This past season, she has been challenged and has stepped up every time to become the best athlete she could be, knowing that there's always room for more growth. Over the track season she's brought home third, second, and first place ribbons. Well, her hard work is paying off.

She went to a qualifier meet in Durham, NC where she represented her team (Fort Bragg Speed) and qualified for the International Youth Track Championships at Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. She is the FIRST and ONLY track participant from the Fort Bragg Speed to ever continue on beyond track season. She will now be going without her coach and team but with us guiding her.

If you would like to donate to help get her to the meet in Maryland we would appreciate any and all donations! We are excited to see her grow and be pushed toward excellence in sports.

Please leave an encouraging note for Zhaniya letting her know you're rooting for her. #teamZhaniya

Thank you!

*100% of the donations will go to travel expenses, lodging, uniform, and meet registration dues.
