Below are a variety of workshops we offer for personal and professional development. If you are interested in any of the workshops or classes for a group please fill out the form below. We would love to further discuss how we can serve and create an impactful experience. Workshops can be customized to fit the needs of the organization or audience. Most workshops include a performance that further engages and transforms the audience and provides a creative visual or context for the material and messages conveyed in the workshop.
E.P.I.C. Factor
The EPIC Factor workshop exposes attendees to the concept of being E.P.I.C., the four divine attributes that reveals one’s true powerful essence and allows one to operate in their full potential.
E.P.I.C. Storytelling
The E.P.I.C. Storytelling workshop teaches attendees how to use their own powerful story to impact and build connection for leading transformation, product creation, branding, marketing and anything that requires the power of great storytelling.
Naked Readings
Naked Readings, in workshop form, creates a safe space for women attendees to experience the power of connection through story-sharing. This workshop is the introduction to the Naked Readings that are host led and customized to the fit of the hosts that lead a reading for their specific group of friends or clients. Poetry is read aloud and interpreted in an open discussion format.
Reverse Makeover
The Reverse Makeover workshop is a unique spin on a makeup class. We teach basic makeup techniques but we explore the conversation of inner beauty and the importance of being aware of one’s natural beauty to avoid masking ourselves with makeup to make up for our flaws and insecurities but rather using it as an enhancement to what is already beautiful.
Presence 101
The Presence 101 workshop is an introduction to the development of powerful presence. Attendees learn how to discover their current level of presence and how to uplevpel their presence to boldly command any room or space and add value to any shared space with the right (inner)gy.
J.U.M.P.
The J.U.M.P. workshop takes the attendees through the strategy for manifesting goals, dreams, ideas, careers, etc. in purpose without fear getting in the way.
Naked Seminar 1
Through the Naked Seminar, attendees learn the concept of being Naked and its vitality. They will learn the 3 reasons why being Naked is important to how we live, love and do business.
Goal Mining
The Goal Mining workshop in an introduction to the Goal mining course that takes the enrolled students through the 6 steps for goal-digging. These tools will help you be confident in creating and attaining even your biggest goals.
Purpose Discovery
The Purpose Discovery workshop teaches attendees the strategies for discovering their purpose and gives them the tools for walking boldly in their purpose for their highest level of efficacy.
Birthing Greatness
The Birthing Greatness workshop exposes the attendees to the course material in the Birthing Greatness course. Attendees learn the birthing greatness concept and sequence and how to determine where they are in birthing their own greatness. This workshop can include an interactive portion that we call Birthing Greatness Lamaze, a meditative experience that helps the attendees to experience their birthing greatness process in a more engaged way through guided meditation and visualization.
Dance/Movement Classes
Yes! These are offered VIRTUALLY!
These dance classes are offered to groups of 5 or more and the spaces must be conducive to class requirements such as electricity for music, open space for movement, floor suitable for bare feet, and mirrors for students to witness and adjust themselves.
Dancempowered
The Dancempowered class features empowering music and moves for women to get in touch with their inner Shero and unlock their confidence in a liberating and empowering way.
Trap Dancercise
The Trap Dancercise class is for those who want to get a real work out while having fun and tapping into their SophistiRatchet side. *Music may contain vulgarities and explicit language.
Naked Dance
This dance workshop explores text and fuses movement and meditation for a unique dance experience. Attendees will explore how language and thought thrives in the body, using Naked Dance (intentional, uninhibited movement) to enter a deeper state of consciousness.
Body Aware
This workshop helps women to become aware of their body and how their body moves. The attendees will learn how to center and place their body naturally. They will also learn how to be comfortable in their own skin, owning their sensuality and beauty. We will also learn the 3 circles of being which emphasizes physical manifestations of energy for optimal presence.

Being Naked
The concept of being naked is introduced to the audience. The audience learns the importance of transparency, vulnerability and experiencing transformation through highly engaging, impactful content and storytelling.

Birthing Greatness
This engaging, inspirational concept presents the process of manifesting an idea, a dream, or goal as a birthing process, one that requires intense focus and planning. Audience learns the “trimesters” of manifesting and are introduced to tools that helps them manifest their biggest dreams.

Naked: a One-Woman Show
"This one-woman show, comprised of poetry, monologues and dance, tells a universal coming of age story...from a little precocious girl to a teenager with big dreams, to a woman in love, to the evolution into motherhood. This show has transformed and inspired women and informed and enlightened men since it’s debut in 2011."
