Brand assets needed:

  • brand color swatches (just a screenshot or copy and paste)

  • logo

  • any specific fonts you wish to use if you have any in mind

  • brand keywords

  • images (headshots, company pics, show pics, etc)

  • social media handles

  • all copy (about, company profile, any literature you want people to know about you, your company, how they can support, get involved, or be informed)

Hosting

  • hosting will be a monthly fee paid to squarespace- this will not be required until the website is ready to be launched

  • the monthly fee for a commerce plan will be $27/month if you pay annually ($324), $36/month if you pay monthly

Domain

  • I need at least 3 possible options for what you want your website to be ex: kjproductions.com (that one btw is taken- kjproductions.org is available but it is $20/year and not free for one year)

  • Depending on how unique your domain name is and its availability you may be able to have the one year free and the payment is annual - $20/year

Payment

  • my fee for web design for you is $500 as discussed and due upfront to get the ball rolling

  • your invoice is available for download via the ‘payments’ section below

  • once payment is made, I will add your paid invoice in the ‘payments’ section
